After senior roles in not-for-profit organizations, Bruce Anderson became an entrepreneur in 1997, launching and building several businesses. He continues as Managing Partner with b-creative group, a management consulting firm specializing in outsourcing, marketing and branding, and strategic / business planning and growth. In 2007, Bruce followed a life-long passion for education and began teaching at the University of Regina. He currently teaches strategy and entrepreneurship classes at the Paul J. Hill School of Business and the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business.
Bruce has been very active in the community and enjoys working with potential entrepreneurs. He is the President of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Saskatchewan, serves on the Board of CAA Saskatchewan, and is a Member of Regina’s Council for Entrepreneurial Growth. Bruce is Past Chair of Regina and Saskatchewan Chambers of Commerce. He is also Past Chair of the Saskatchewan Science Centre, and is past Director Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Bruce is a mentor with the Raj Manek Mentorship Program and Futurpreneur Canada.

Born and raised in Saskatchewan Colleen had spent 28 years self-employed in the beauty and hospitality industry.
It was in 2012 after going through a life-changing battle with cancer that Colleen started researching launching a line of Organic spices, herbs & seasonings, a year later in 2013 founded Canadian Organic Spice & Herb Co. Inc. launching the Splendor Garden line of organic food products. The Splendor Garden brand can now be found in over 600 stores across Canada as well as on amazon.ca
As CEO of Canadian Organic Spice & Herb Co. Inc. Colleen is the proud recipient of the 2015 Sabex Awards for New Business venture. And she was also a finalist for the 2015 Abex awards in the New Business category.
Colleen is married to husband Randy Haussecker of 38 years and has 2 sons, Brendan(Riley) and Josh (Brittanee) and has been blessed with four grandchildren.
President, Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association
After spending nearly a decade serving the heavy civil construction industry as the President of the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association, and the only woman to lead a heavy civil construction association in Canada, Shantel Lipp is known as “The Little Lady that Thinks BIG”!
Coming from a career rooted in government relations at the municipal level, Shantel understands the importance of infrastructure investment. If you want to have a strong economy, you need an efficient transportation network. Nothing moves until the roads are built! Shantel can often be quoted as saying “if the earth moved, it was us!” meaning the over 200-member companies she represents. In addition to her professional career, Shantel has also served as a mentor in the Raj Manek Mentorship Program.
