Imagine young women who do not know the meaning of “glass ceiling”. Not because they are uninformed, but because it is no longer part of the lexicon. As CEO of WESK, you will help manifest this future narrative.


As CEO, you will assume overall responsibility for achievement of the organization’s mission, strategic direction and annual operating plan. Providing strong leadership, you will ensure the efficacy of all organizational functions including budgeting, financial performance, technology infrastructure, administration, human resources, marketing and communications, and client service (program) delivery.


Hallmarks of success will be predicated on your ability to identify opportunities, drive change, develop meaningful partnerships and foster growth in your high performing team.


Your integrity, work ethic, self-awareness and personal accountability have been recognized by your peers and the boards you have supported. You exude passion for the advancement of women in business.


Your formal preparation for the role might include a combination of:
• University degree in business administration, commerce or comparable professional training and experience
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience working with a board, board executives and committees of a board.
• Successful record of securing project funding, initiating, and executing projects.
• Lending experience, particularly non-traditional lending.
