Colleen Dixon

Colleen Dixon is a professional community and environmental planner with over 26 years of experience in both the public and private sector. Her fields of practice include planning policy development, rezoning, subdivision approvals, triple-bottom-line sustainability, waste minimization, and planning and environmental permitting and approvals. In 2012, she opened her own firm, Equinox3 Consulting Ltd where she works with municipalities, land developers, and NGOs. She is past director of the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce and Roadmap Saskatoon and is an active member of various professional and industry associations.
