Heather Blouin

As the Special Projects Manager, Heather is proud to support women entrepreneurs achieve success through tailored initiatives and programs. Heather leads and supports WESK’s program team which encompasses the Exchange, Founders Table and Propel. She joined the WESK team in 2020 and enjoys being a part of Saskatchewan’s amazing network of women entrepreneurs.
Heather’s background includes municipal government, private, public, non-profit and self-employment experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina, achieved her Master of Arts in Tourism Management from Royal Roads University and recently completed her Certificate of Adult Education from the Canadian College of Educators.
Heather lives in Regina with her two dogs, Barkley and Lucy. She enjoys spending time outdoors camping, fishing, hiking, snowboarding and curling up in her hammock with a good book. Heather is an avid traveler, enjoys trying new local restaurants, and can be found out at her seasonal campsite during the summer months.
