This workshop will help you to create your calm and to manage the stress from your busy schedule. You will learn:

- The importance of establishing your priorities
- Areas of wellness and how they work together
- Resources to help you prioritize your mental health
Tara Tse is the founder of Grow Personal Development Services Ltd (Grow). She has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2012. She has worked with athletes, sports teams, rehabilitation clients, and the general public in Saskatoon and Toronto. Tara is a certified exercise physiologist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a registered yoga teacher, and is pursuing the certified holistic coach certification. She has a Bachelor in Science Kinesiology and a Master of Business Administration. Tara believes in a holistic approach to all areas of life.
