Matchstick: Business Planning Series (Yorkton)

A business plan is a critical tool for outlining the strategy and developing the tactics to manage your business. Join us for an interactive business planning bootcamp on developing a business plan, understanding your market and moving forward with your business idea. In a group setting, the facilitators will guide you through various business tools to help you make decisions. Take this opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect to women with a passion for business.

This hands-on workshop is delivered from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday, October 18. Lunch & refreshments will be provided to all participants.

  • Designing a solid business model
  • Market analysis and the marketing plan
  • Your operations plan
  • Financial analysis and planning
  • Going beyond the business plan
