Featuring Mackenzie Kilshaw (Firby), CEO and Owner of Two Fifty Two Boutique
Mackenzie Kilshaw (Firby) is a Saskatchewan based entrepreneur. She was raised on a farm near Kenaston, Saskatchewan.
Mackenzie obtained her Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and excelled in the business community in Saskatoon as a Sales Representative. Mackenzie’s love of shopping and fashion mixed with her experience led her to open Two Fifty Two Boutique In Saskatoon in 2014 and a second location in Regina in 2017.
Mackenzie has been a finalist and recipient of various awards including Women of Distinction, SABEX and ABEX. In 2016, 2017 and 2018, Mackenzie was honored to be a YWCA Women of Distinction Award nominee in Entrepreneurship. Mackenzie was also nominated for the 2016 ABEX Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Her boutique has been the recipient of two Customer Service SABEX awards and was the recipient of the New Business Venture SABEX Award in 2016.
Mackenzie has had speaking engagements at the University of Saskatchewan, on Global and CTV TV and various Chamber of Commerce events.
Community involvement and having a positive effect in our province are extremely important to Mackenzie. She believes in supporting local charities and events as a way of giving back to the community that has been so supportive to her and Two Fifty Two Boutique. In 2017, Mackenzie received the Canada 150 Medal for her dedication to community involvement and volunteerism.
Mackenzie sits on the Board of Directors for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
She recently got married to Craig and is a proud step-mom to Aiden.
