Featuring Sandra Masters, Manager of Credit, Western Canada for Richardson Pioneer Limited & Chair of the Regina Exhibition Association’s Board of Directors.

Sandra Masters is a mother, professional and a community builder. Calling Regina home since 1999, she now works for Canada’s largest agribusiness as Manager of Credit for the Prairie provinces. During her professional career Sandra has worked in commercial real estate, banking and financing – all while raising her four, now grown, children.

As an active member of the community, Sandra is currently serving her third term as the Chair of the Regina Exhibition Association.  She has served on the REAL Board since 2014 and has made significant contributions to the city. Most notably is her role in leading the development of REAL 2.0, the strategic plan for the 135-year-old property.  Sandra has also served as vice-president of Hockey Regina, coached school volleyball, was President of the Parent-Teachers-Association at Lakeview Elementary School and volunteered with many hockey, gymnastics and lacrosse teams in Regina over the years.

Sandra brings a strong work ethic and real-life experience.  She has worked since she was 13 – in mail rooms and retail stores, as a bank teller, a telephone operator and a restaurant server. She raised four children, balanced a household, a career and a budget. She has put together hockey teams and business deals.

Sandra is a proven corporate and community leader. From starting an independent pre-school to support early childhood education to later bringing Canada’s largest independent bookseller to Saskatchewan, Sandra works at all levels, with people from all backgrounds to move forward important issues.

Sandra believes in Regina. Her Regina is one that is vibrant with a vision. Hers is a city that supports businesses to be successful, but more importantly one that is inclusive, accessible, sustainable and safe. Sandra’s Regina is a city of optimism and growth.

Sandra enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading a good book and adoring her first grandchild.
