Your business has most likely changed over the pandemic and so, too, has your customer. The way we think of hospitality is changing, and businesses must adapt to survive. Join us and Beth Rogers, Owner/Operator at Hearth restaurant to hear her lessons learned from a lifetime in the hospitality industry (plus over three years of building Hearth from the ground up!). During this luncheon, Beth will discuss the changing ways of customer service, her thoughts on the future of the industry, and the importance of understanding and accepting feedback.
