The first 15 individuals to register will have a maximum of 3 minutes to pitch on any topic of their choosing. Host: Tracey Kowalchuk
In living her own powerful life, Tracey founded TK Leadership Outside of the Box. Tracey offers training & coaching to leadership teams who want to work more cohesively to achieve higher collective goals.
Tracey Kowalchuk is a Professional Certified Coach, an Associate Certified Coach, an expert facilitator and inspirational speaker. Tracey uses her talents to support clients through team development and one-on-one coaching. She helps leaders to gain insights, clarity and make decisions to improve performance. She guides clients to improve results in ways that are sustainable over time by providing them with a set of tools to add to their toolbox. She challenges leaders to use alternate perspectives to create powerful outcomes related to improved profits, career success, organizational effectiveness, or
career and personal satisfaction.
Tracey has a unique ability to zero in on issues and utilize the coach approach to help leaders discover their own leadership proficiencies. She can boldly engage with leaders to draw out their powerful effectiveness while creating and welcoming change in their organizations. Tracey creates space for clients to explore and courageously uncover their own unique leadership style.
Tracey’s journey to supporting people started with her experiences of adversity at the young age of 8 years. A family tragedy expedited her maturity. She became a business partner and confidant to her mother who took over operating the family mixed farm business. She witnessed the resilient leadership role that her mother took on and learned the many skills required to run a business. She watched her mom not only survive, but thrive as she navigated entrepreneurship in a very male-dominated business. Other devastating losses throughout her life inspired Tracey to integrate vulnerability with her business acumen to inspire leaders to do the same.
