Rebound Edition – Program Information

The first year of The Exchange has been reworked to respond to the unprecedented challenges brought about by COVID-19. This first year, known as The Exchange: Rebound Edition, consists of two phases. The first half of the year, the Return phase, is dedicated to helping you get up and running in the short term. The latter half of the year, the Reimagine phase, is about reimagining where you should be focusing your strategic lens for the future.

And if owning a business and helping clients to grow their own wasn’t enough, Nick is also involved in the mental health and disability communities, both at a local and national level.

Genelle Payant is the Founder of Spark People Solutions, a human resources consulting firm located in Moose Jaw, SK. She has operated this practice for the past 10 years and enjoys helping people and businesses thrive!

Genelle has been an human resources professional for over 20 years. She has held various senior leadership roles and most recently has accepted an instructor position with Saskatchewan Polytechnic where she teaches within the HR program. She is excited that this role allows her to give back to a profession that she is so passionate about while being able to keep her consulting practice active.

Genelle holds her Bachelors of Administration and her CPHR designation (Charter Professional in Human Resources). She resides in Moose Jaw with her husband, daughter and dog.
