Q & A with Natasha Vandenhurk

Q: Why did you choose to be a member of the Saskatchewan Advisory Committee?

A: I chose to be a member because it’s important for people to support people. I know that I would not be able to do what I do every day without an immense amount of support from my networks and colleagues and I’m honored to be able to reflect that support back in to the community.

Q: What do you hope to accomplish with the Influencing Policy subcommittee?

A: The Influencing Policy committee has a great opportunity to learn and dissect what programs exist today, what is working, what is not and where there are potential gaps and provide solutions to fill those gaps.

Q: What about yourself do you feel comfortable sharing?

A: As a business owner, I have found that hobbies go by the wayside pretty quickly. One thing I take time for is early morning learning. Reading or podcasts are my go to!
