Hailey Schwabe is a Saskatchewan-based entrepreneur who has spent the last ten years building customer service centric b2b companies. She has a Bachelors’ degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Alberta School of Business and has worked with hundreds of businesses across Western Canada. More recently, as COO and Co-founder of Vize Labs Inc., Hailey is leading the tech startup from ideation through Go to Market Strategy. Hailey is passionate about technology as a catalyst for diversity, inclusion and, belonging. She believes that every experience comes with infinite opportunities. The problem isn’t lack of opportunity. The problem is that there are so many choices. This is exactly why we need to continue learning and strengthening our fundamental values because those are what will drive clear and impactful decision-making.
