Raquel Boyko

Raquel Boyko has been the Director of Talent Strategy & Performance at SaskPower since December 2016. In this position, Raquel leads the design and delivery of SaskPower’s people programs that support the development of leaders and employees as well as enhancing the corporation’s ability to build and sustain a diverse and high-performance culture. Prior to SaskPower, Raquel spent 15 years working as a Human Resources professional in both the federal crown sector and financial services industry. Raquel holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Regina.
