About the Business

Alive Sky Lodge is a micro hotel with four separate hotel rooms on our farm yard near Rosetown Saskatchewan. We also have a two-story and a single-story grain bin accommodation which are both private, have hot tubs, private decks and fire pits, and together with our glamping school bus we host singles, couples, families and groups from all walks of life and welcome guests from all over the globe. We serve farm fresh breakfast all year round and are continually sharing our farming practices with and learning from our guests.

Alive Sky Lodge was born of the need to create and practice entrepreneurial business in Rural Saskatchewan. After years of work in the social services and policing arena, I felt the distinct need to create a quintessentially unique Prairie accommodation where anyone could find rest, solitude, and inspiration. Our “Little House on the Prairie“ now includes two upscale grain bin accommodations, a school bus glamping accommodation, and soon a cowboy bunkhouse to supplement the hotel rooms in our original lodge. With the support of my family, we continue to grow and expand the business, improve our yard and make the most of the space we have on our farm Our breakfasts are farm-to-table, the coffee is on, and the bonfire awaits.
