About the Business
My business has 3 distinct parts to it;
the catering: which involves mostly wedding or corporate events.
The food truck: this is a short order menu that is able to feed the masses
The newest venture is an eatery: I was in need of a commercial kitchen to work out of and the building I found had some extra room so why not start a small eatery. I am hoping construction will be finished by the end of Sept just about when my wedding season slows down.

Biggar Bites Catering enjoys covering all kinds of gatherings; from small intimate to large scale events. We have a unique menu offer a variety of choices. Our ever changing food truck menu consists of smoked briskets to the home of the Huli Huli grilled pineapples. We work with each clients to find out what exactly they are wanting to compliment their day. The Food Truck gives us an edge because we have the luxury of having a short order kitchen as well as a full commercial kitchen at our disposal making the variety of food available basically up to your imagination.
