About the Business
Executive Chef Heather Bekar-Schulte has been in the culinary industry since 1994. Her strong farming background has given her a monumental respect for food producers, a driving passion to create exceptional food and a need to feed people. In 2014, her late father helped her form Chef de Partie Catering and that dream became a reality. Our staff is either family or quickly becomes so and share her same high regard for customer service and sentiment to good food.
