About the Business

The Cooking for a Cause subscription box is a seasonally curated local food box designed to encourage and promote local restaurants and food businesses while also giving back to the community. The first round launched in November, with the money raised going to Regina Food for Learning. The second round is scheduled to launch early May. The money raised for this round will be going to the local community fridges. I’ve seen first hand the hardwork and dedication that goes into these businesses and their continuous desire to help support their local community. I’m a firm believer in community over competition and believe great things happen when we all work together.

Andrea Robichaud

My name is Andrea Robichaud I am originally from Ontario and moved to Regina in 2013. I am a local chef for just over 10 years working in a number of local independent restaurants. In 2020 I created the Cooking for a Cause subscription box. A local food subscription box designed to encourage and promote local restaurants and food businesses while also giving back to the community.
