Lynn Gow, owner of Design for Life Coaching & Consulting was born and raised in New Brunswick. Her first career was in Social Work counselling women and families. A career change in 2000 led her into IT and Business Consulting. With over 20 years of Management and Leadership experience in New Brunswick, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, Lynn’s focus has been in the areas of Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Coaching and Leadership. She has led small and large teams, worked in Public and Private Sectors focusing on results-based approaches to delivering solutions supported by solid Change Management strategies. In 2018, combining her years of training and experience, Lynn founded Design for Life Coaching & Consulting Inc. As a PMP, Certified Expedition Coach, PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional and trained Spiritual Director, Lynn has created Design for Life to offer a range of services as well as custom designed programs for individuals, teams, groups, or organizations. Lynn believes and teaches that the key to effective teams and organizations is the same as what we need as individuals to become our best selves, live our best lives and find true peace of mind; know who we are and live in alignment with who we are created to be.
