Shana Ring is President of Destination Leadership and Founder of the EXPEDITION Coaching Program. She offers different levels of certified leadership coach training, coaching skills development, leadership coaching and consulting services. Shana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and her coaching programs are approved by the ICF and are offered throughout Canada, the United States, China, Brazil, Malawi, Austria and the Middle East. The program has been translated into French, Chinese, Portuguese, and most recently translated and delivered in Farsi/Arabic. She has a passion for supporting the growth and development of coaching in the world, working with leaders on enhancing their coaching and leadership effectiveness in the workplace, and facilitating the development of a coaching mindset with people at all levels in the workplace. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Regina. She is certified in numerous tools including EQi 2.0, EQ-360, MBTI Step I & II, Prosci Change Methodology, and continually challenges herself to grow and develop. Shana became a proud women entrepreneur in 2007, after an wonderful career in the crown sector. She credits the amazing leaders that coached, mentored and supported her development with her success as an entrepreneur. Shana and her husband Grant live in Regina, and have a blended family of five adult children, and have been blessed with two grandchildren.
