The goal of our small studio is to provide a safe and comfortable sanctuary where you can find relief and empowerment to gain control over your own health through massage and movement.
Our Thai Massage sessions offer our clients the space, and confidence to find rest and relief. Our Private Yoga sessions offer tailored yoga and mindfulness practices you can fit into your busy life contributing to lifelong mobility, and balance in the body and mind.
Our knowledge in Ayurveda (the world’s oldest whole-body healing systems) means our sessions are integrated to support clients physically, emotionally and mentally via the three Dosha. This knowledge adds an extra layer of awareness, and adaptiveness to our clients needs. Providing a trauma respectful practice means we conduct hands on assists instead of adjustments and corrections.
Alissa Hill, as owner and practitioner, I started Hill Holistic from a deep calling to help others find sustainable, whole-body healing and relief through massage and movement. I am a Natural Health Practitioners of Canada registered Thai Massage, and 350H certified yoga teacher.
