Dawn Bird’s company ‘Iron Door Productions’ parents her other two production companies, ‘B.E.ZEE Productions’ and ‘DBD Productions’. Dawn has produced 2 television series, acted as the Associate Producer for the TV series Nordic Lodge, produced 2 Feature Films, 4 short films, 2 web series, numerous commercials and training videos and has Line Produced two short films. Her Feature Film “Bread Thieves,” won the Rising Star Award at The Canadian International Film Festival, her short film “Dressed to Impress,” was one of the winners for Actra’s National Diversity competition and was shown at the Yorkton Film Festival and her Feature Film “Mercy,” was a Finalist at the 4th Dimension Film Festival, nominated for Best Canadian Feature at the Whistler Film Festival, winner of Best Narrative at the Beyond the Curve International Film Festival and was recently picked up for distribution by Summer Hill Films. Presently, Dawn is co-producing the third season of the animated TV Series “Why Am I?” as well as a comedic web series picked up by CBC Gem called “Zarqa.”
