Lead from Here is a people service that inspires and transforms how leadership is understood, appreciated and actioned. We believe that leadership skills are essential for everybody in every role. The intersection of leader and follower is fluid and people can find themselves in either role in every setting in their full lives – as a business leader, an employee, in relationships, or as a parent. We will help you identify, develop and expand your influence to achieve your desired leadership potential. We offer one on one consulting, workshops, on site training, and custom leadership plans for individuals or teams. We use your unique skills, experience, and values so that you can lead from here.

Bridget Turner

Bridget has experience training, leading, and supervising hourly and full time staff over her decades lomg career. She has experience as an entrepreneur where building trust with her employees and empowering them to live the values of the business and represent her brand was intentional and strategic. She holds a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Science and a Master of arts in Leadership as well as a Certificate in Municipal Management and Leadership. She excels at matching theory to practice and coaching others to recognize their own strengths that serve them in leadership. She teaches the skills needed to be a leader and provides support while they put in their real world situations. She loves facilitating fun, engaging activities that invite experiential learning.
