Lisa Kramer Personal Training

Growing up in small-town Saskatchewan, Lisa always knew that she was born to make a positive impact in the world and brighten others’ days. Lisa has worn many job title “hats” throughout the years: lifeguard, swimming instructor, credit union teller, administrative assistant, Lab and Xray Tech, MRI Tech, and finally personal trainer and business owner. Lisa cares deeply for those around her and is very driven to create change in our society. When she is not working on making LKPT bigger and better, you can find Lisa enjoying the sunshine outside, playing with her Cocker Spaniel cross ,Liberty or cooking delicious food for her partner, Justin.
