Making Space

Jen is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Positive Psychology Coach, and Reiki Practitioner who specializes in emotional regulation, authenticity, and habit improvement. She works online with adults who are burnt-out from perfectionism and people pleasing and want to reconnect to their authentic selves through updating their subconscious beliefs. After becoming a parent 5 years ago, she realized how little support there was for kids to learn about emotions and how to overcome issues around anger, hitting/throwing, potty training, bullying, sleeping, separation anxiety, and fears.
