Amy Kaban is the founder and CEO of Parkerview Brews Kombucha. Launched in 2017 with a mission to create high quality, great-tasting, functional beverages using uniquely Saskatchewan ingredients, Amy set out to change consumers’ perceptions of kombucha and has built a community that shares the same values of healthy habits, positivity and a daring curiosity to try new things! In 2020, the company was the recipient of the Best Local Supplier Award from Sobeys, demonstrating its commitment to providing excellent products and service. Today, Parkerview Brews Kombucha is the largest commercial kombucha brewery in the province and can be found in 200 retail and grocery stores across Saskatchewan. In addition, customers can shop online or visit their taproom in Saskatoon. Amy is a graduate from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Marketing major) and a Master of International Trade from the Johnson-Shoyama School of Public Policy.
