As sole owner and Director of Red Jacket Supply Co. Inc., Candice started the company with a focus on soil health and generating increased net-returns to producers in the ag sector. From there, the need for improving soil health and solving challenges with water treatment was apparent in other industries as well. Prior to founding the company, Candice held various roles in Oil and Gas Marketing and has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) Degree from the University of Oklahoma.
