RSMRY is a small, local private dining and catering company in Regina. RSMRY is a way for you and your friends and family to enjoy an intimate, fine dining experience. Impress all your guests with a private chef in your own home or enjoy your private culinary experience at one of the spacious local venues I am partnered with.

Don’t get trapped in the kitchen during your party; leave it to RSMRY! I cook, clean, and handle everything in between. All you have to worry about is having a good time!

Nikki Baker

My name is Nikki Baker and I am the chef and owner of RSMRY. I was born and raised in Regina, SK and cooking with my dad inspired me to pursue my passion as a career. I completed training at The Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island and completed an internship at Lords of the Manor, a Michelin starred restaurant in England. Since then I have worked with many decorated chefs in Regina, Australia and New Zealand that have helped me hone my skills and learn as much about food and the world as possible. I have explored the flavors of Asia and Europe and plan to continue traveling through the culinary world. I can not wait to share my passion, creativity, and love of food with you and your guests!
