Ellen Paulley
A strategic communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for social justice, I enjoy developing communications plans and compelling written and visual materials that help organizations achieve their goals and creatively engage their audiences. My almost ten years of communications experience includes positions in public, union, non-profit and education sectors. I launched Stratosphere Communications in 2021 with a vision to maximize the power and potential of strategic communications to create a more fair and equitable world. In 2020, I completed my Master of Arts in Professional Communications at Royal Roads University and hold a Graphic Communications Certificate (Hons.) from Red River College. I am located in Regina, SK, on Treaty 4 territory and the traditional territory of the Cree and Saulteaux, Assiniboine and on the homeland of the Métis Nation.
