I am a certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I bring over 13 years of experience supporting leaders and teams from a broad range of sectors. My coaching practice rests on my experience in business sales, customer service and education. I have diverse knowledge and an intimate understanding of people and relationships. This all contributes to my ability to be an impactful coach, speaker and leader. I am a life-long learner and am continuously developing areas of my profession by using currently accepted practices and the latest research in neuroscience in coaching. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a graduate of the CTI Co-Active Leadership Program and a CTI trained Executive Coach. In my coaching practice, I use my extensive experience and knowledge to guide my clients through purpose-driven team development and intimate one-on-one coaching. As an Authorized Partner with The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC, a Certified Administrator of The Leadership Circle Profile 360 and Culture Survey, as well as a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), I have many tools to draw from.
