My name is Nadine Rolph and I am the owner/operator of YXE Notary. I have been in business since 2014 and registered my business name in 2018. YXE Notary provides notarial services including administering oaths, receiving affirmations and declarations, swearing affidavits, certifying true copies, attesting to commercial instruments, issuing marriage licences, executing property purchase or sale documents, and land title transfers including surviving joint tenant transfers. I also assist with drafting legal documents and agreements. I am happy to assist you in any way I can.
