Darshana Sen

Darshana Sen (she/her) is an experienced front-end developer, instructor, and team leader with a passion for fostering growth in learners and building inclusive, user-focused platforms. With over five years in the EdTech industry, Darshana has contributed to developing scalable learning management systems, crafting engaging educational experiences, and delivering impactful technical training programs.
Before her time at Canada Learning Code, Darshana managed and coached a team of instructors at Juno College of Technology, and helped lead a curriculum migration to React Hooks for enhanced program applicability. Currently, as Instructional Training Manager at Canada Learning Code, she develops courses focusing on AI, incorporating accessible and innovative pedagogy.
Darshana’s technical expertise spans JavaScript, React, web accessibility, and Agile methodologies. She believes in fostering curiosity and empathy in tech spaces to unlock everyone’s potential to create meaningful solutions.
When she’s not immersed in code, Darshana loves experimenting with cookie recipes, exploring new books, and diving into deep discussions about pop culture and social change.
