Led by Paula Kohl – a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience – COMMsulting crafts strategies and communication deliverables that drive results. Paula has worked in a variety of different industries leading internal communication, external communication and public relations, and stakeholder engagement. Now retired, Paula continues to fuel her passion through consulting—what she calls “COMMsulting”—helping organizations navigate the complexities of messaging and audience engagement. Inspired by her love for the game Tetris, she approaches strategic communication like a puzzle—aligning strategy, tactics and messaging to ensure everything fits together seamlessly. With quick thinking, adaptability and a results-driven mindset, Paula helps businesses achieve clarity and impact in their communication efforts.
Paula Kohl
Paula Kohl is an IABC Accredited Business Communicator with more than 20 years’ experience in professional communication. She recently retired from her position as Director, Corporate Communication at FCC, where she oversaw internal and stakeholder communication. Paula continues to fuel her passion for strategic communication through COMMsulting Professional Communication Services.
Before joining FCC, Paula was the Director, Marketing and Communication at Regina Exhibition Association Limited (operator of REAL District). She was part of the opening of Mosaic Stadium and led public engagement as part of a multi-year property renewal strategy. Prior to this, Paula led an award-winning team of communicators at SaskPower.
