I am a Workplace Investigator specializing in harassment, discrimination, misconduct and respectful workplace complaints. I enjoy investigating incidents of serious misconduct, including Criminal Code violations such as sexual assault, assault, theft and fraud. My investigations are grounded in the fundamental principles of neutrality, thoroughness, and procedural fairness. I also enjoy consulting with internal investigators on their own investigations and providing training on workplace investigations to human resources professionals and all levels of workplace leaders.
