About the Business
Pathways is a Regina-based clinic offering private therapy services for children, youth, and adults across Southern Saskatchewan. Their team provides support in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, counselling, autism assessments, tutoring, and parent education — all delivered through strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and inclusive approaches. Beyond individual and group support, Pathways is deeply committed to actively advocacating for neurodivergent and disabled individuals. They lead conversations across Saskatchewan around creating neurodiversity-affirming practices and prioritize the development of safe, welcoming, and inclusive communities where all people are valued, supported, and celebrated.
Maegan Mason
Maegan Mason, MSc-SLP(C), and Cari Thiele, MSc-SLP(C), co-founded Pathways Learning Centre in Regina in 2018. Both are registered speech-language pathologists certified with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada and the College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Saskatchewan. Maegan has gained experience across both health and education sectors, specializing in supporting autistic individuals through trauma-informed, relationship-centred, and neurodiversity-affirming care. Cari works with clients of all ages, focusing on phonological delays, apraxia, accent modification, and early literacy, using a strengths-based and inclusive approach. Together, Maegan and Cari envisioned Pathways as an inclusive therapy clinic dedicated to equitable access, developmental support, and building a welcoming community.
