What began as a solo mobile operation has grown into a full-service repair facility supporting industries such as mining, construction, transportation, power generation, and oil and gas.
MFS offers 24/7 emergency mobile support and in-shop services including engine diagnostics and overhauls, hydraulic and electrical system repairs, welding, custom fabrication, and complete machine rebuilds. Breanne Lishchynsky is the Co-Owner and Controller of M.F.S. Mobile Fleet Services Inc., a women-led heavy-duty repair business headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. With more than 15 years in financial management and over 20 years in operations and human resources, she has been instrumental in growing MFS from a single service truck into a thriving, full-scale fleet repair facility.
Breanne is known for her precision, strategic vision, and process-driven leadership. She has created and implemented the operational framework that powers MFS, blending structure, accountability, and a strong safety culture. Her efforts have helped position MFS as a trusted, high-performing service provider in the industry.
Before founding MFS, Breanne held senior roles at the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, including Director of Operations. There, she oversaw internal systems, led member-driven programming, and collaborated with more than 1,000 business leaders to strengthen the local business community and promote economic growth across the region.
