Each month, we host a virtual mentorship conversation featuring a woman entrepreneur who shares her real-world journey. From lessons learned and milestones achieved to the challenges faced along the way, these conversations offer practical insight and honest perspective. The session concludes with a 30 to 40 minute interactive question and answer period, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, and connect directly with an experienced business leader. Erin helps leadership teams define and realize their collective purpose so they can co create what the world of tomorrow needs.

Engaging warmth, energy, and focus, she co-creates and holds spaces for conversations that encourage independent thinking, enhance personal and team awareness, and bring strategic clarity. These conversations help leaders identify and face the changes needed to lead their organizations into the future.

A strong commitment to lifelong learning allows Erin to integrate multiple perspectives from a range of disciplines. Deep agricultural roots inspire her love of nature and desire to bring its innate intelligence to life in business.

Throughout her corporate career, Erin held a range of leadership positions with SaskTel and senior leadership positions with Farm Credit Canada. Here she partnered with others to co-create and renew business functions, build, and implement organizational strategies, navigate change, and align cross-functional teams to achieve lasting impact. She continues to work with senior leadership teams.

Erin holds an Associate of Applied Arts in Design and Merchandising and has executive-level education in marketing from the Queens School of Business.
