WingTek Orthotics and Prosthetics is a woman-owned custom orthotics clinic based in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, proudly serving Regina and the southeast region including White City, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, Melville, Yorkton, Weyburn, and Fort Qu’Appelle. WingTek specializes in custom foot orthotics, ankle foot orthoses (AFOs), custom knee bracing, wrist and elbow bracing, scoliosis and spinal bracing, and pediatric bracing for patients of all ages, supporting clinical presentations ranging from sports injuries and post-surgical recovery to arthritis, diabetic foot care, ligament instability, congenital conditions, and neurological conditions such as stroke and cerebral palsy. Every device is custom-designed in-house using advanced 3D scanning and digital workflows, with fabrication completed at WingTek or through a trusted network of Canadian specialty partners. WingTek works collaboratively with physicians and allied health providers to support long-term mobility, comfort, and independence. Cranial helmets and prosthetic services are part of WingTek’s planned expansion, elevating mobility across Saskatchewan one custom-fit device at a time.
Brianna Hartness
Brianna Hartness is a Canadian Certified Orthotist (CO(c)) with a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences and the founder of WingTek Orthotics and Prosthetics in Emerald Park, just minutes from Regina. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Brianna brings over a decade of experience coaching canoe/kayak and hockey athletes into her clinical practice, where she designs custom foot orthotics, AFOs, knee braces, and upper limb bracing for patients of every age and ability. Drawing on her training at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, she serves athletes in recovery, adults managing chronic pain, and individuals navigating neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Every device is custom-designed in-house, supported by advanced 3D scanning and a trusted network of Canadian fabrication partners. Beyond patient care, Brianna is building Flight Deck, a custom EMR designed to streamline clinic workflows and strengthen referring-provider communication, because at WingTek, no one flies solo.
