Keystone Ranch Solutions

Katie is a consultant who works closely with cattle producers to develop practical, operation-specific nutrition & management strategies. She holds a BSc. in Agriculture from the UofS, focusing on Animal Science and Agribusiness, and a MSc. in Animal Science from the UofS. Her graduate research was completed under the guidance of Drs. John McKinnon (UofS, Saskatoon) and Tim McAllister (AAFC, Lethbridge).
In her career, Katie has advised cow-calf, feedlot and small ruminant producers across the Prairies, assisting with feeding and management decisions that improve performance, control risk, and support long-term profitability. She takes the time to understand how each operation works, recognizing that no two ranches face the same challenges. Her consulting approach blends sound science with practical, cost-effective solutions that fit the realities of day-to-day ranch management. She also ranches with her family in SW Saskatchewan – giving her a true understanding of the needs of fellow ranchers.
