Gillian is an associate lawyer at Seiferling Law—Saskatchewan’s only boutique labour and employment law firm—based in downtown Saskatoon. She maintains a practice focused on management-side labour and employment law and regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance, workplace policies and contracts, labour relations management, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, and human rights and OHS matters. She also represents clients in negotiations, arbitrations, in front of administrative tribunals, and in civil litigation.

Beyond her legal practice, Gillian is actively involved in the professional community through her memberships with the Canadian Bar Association, the Saskatoon Bar Association, the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE), and CPHR Saskatchewan. She can also be found volunteering as Director of Civic Affairs with her community association, mentoring new or prospective law students, and speaking about the realities of life in the legal profession as a first-generation female lawyer with a hidden disability.

Outside of work, Gillian can usually be found cheering on the Winnipeg Jets, cuddling her two dogs, playing music, or enjoying a good book.
