Joseph (Joe) is a partner in the McKercher LLP Saskatoon office.
Joe is a technology, capital raising, and tax partner with a particular focus on high growth technology startups, IT contracting for companies managing digital transformation, and tax structuring for private enterprises and professionals.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance Major in 2009 at the University of Regina, and went on to complete his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2011. Joe was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2012.
Joe was named a 2025 Lexpert Rising Star – Leading Lawyer Under 40 in Canada, and was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2026.

Alexandra is an associate in the McKercher LLP Saskatoon office, practicing as a solicitor and focusing in the areas of estate planning and administration, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.
Alexandra joined McKercher LLP as an articling student in 2019 and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2020.
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Alexandra earned her combined Bachelor of Commerce and Juris Doctor degrees at the University of Saskatchewan.
