Mary Weimer is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), fractional C-suite consultant, and seasoned business leader with nearly 30 years of experience across diverse industries. She began her career in 1999 as the owner of Assiniboia Gallery in Regina and has held senior executive roles at Hillberg & Berk, Conexus Credit Union, and Harvard Developments, shaping operations, building high-performing teams, and driving growth while aligning strategy with organizational purpose and culture.

As a coach and fractional executive, Mary helps leaders and business owners move beyond the day-to-day to achieve long-term goals with clarity and confidence. She also contributes to her community as a board member for Cowessess Ventures Ltd. and as a committee member for the Regina Food Bank’s 2024 Capital Campaign.
