Kiah Holness
Owner, Consultant
Se7en Media Consulting
Hi, I’m Kiah Holness! I’m an educator, mental health advocate, and the founder of Se7en Media. My journey is rooted in a deep passion for empowering others, whether it’s in the classroom or on social media.
As a high school English teacher, I’ve spent time advocating for youth mental health, creating spaces for students to thrive, and helping them find their voices. This work has shaped my ability to communicate with empathy, adapt to diverse needs, and approach every challenge with intention and care.
In the business world, I’ve channelled these same values into my role as a social media strategist, manager, and consultant. At Se7en Media, I help heart-centred entrepreneurs align their social media strategies with their goals and values, creating intentional content that connects with audiences and drives real results.
