Funlola Obayan, a Virginia Tech School of Architecture graduate, is the founder of Novelty Build Design Inc., a women-led, minority-owned building design company in Saskatoon. Her firm specializes in commercial and residential building design, interior design, and high-quality 3D renderings. Novelty Build Design also sells house plans directly on its website, making creative design more accessible. Funlola is passionate about projects that celebrate accessibility and support people with diverse and neurodiverse needs, ensuring every space promotes comfort, inclusion, and joy .
