Meagan van Eeden

Founder

Grit & Grace Athletics

Meagan van Eeden is an HR specialist by day and a fitness entrepreneur by passion. As co-owner of CrossFit Novus, she’s already helping build community, strength and leadership in her local gym. Now she’s embarking on her latest adventure: founding Grit & Grace Athletics — a movement where “being soft doesn’t make you less strong, and being strong doesn’t mean you can’t lead with heart.”

Driven by the belief that confidence begins the moment you decide to move, show up, and own your space, Meagan created Grit & Grace to help women feel as powerful on the outside as they are on the inside. She knows that when you love your outfit and love your strength, that spark can shift everything.

At the core of her work is a devotion to community over competition, to lifting each other up in and out of the gym — because strength doesn’t just build muscle, it builds connection. Whether she’s guiding HR strategies, coaching a class, or bringing the vision of Grit & Grace to life, Meagan shows up with grit, grace and unwavering purpose.
