As Vice-President of KSP Technology Inc., Melanie’s responsibilities include finance, human resources and quality assurance. She has held an integral position in KSP Technology since its inception in 2006. Prior to that, Melanie served the private and public sectors in executive administration roles. She continues to work towards a Masters in Business Administration and enjoys being active in local membership organizations. Melanie’s devotion to process implementation, policy development, and system of checks and balances has enabled the business to streamline operations, position for substantial growth, and leverage resources. Melanie enjoys her many roles which includes management of the newly developed KSP Technology Business Centre in Regina.
