My name is Mary Chika Adenuga. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science with IT-related certifications, other IT postgraduate and teaching qualifications. I am results-driven with extensive experience across diverse sectors including IT, banking, administration, education, customer service, sales and services. In addition, I have developed skills in the food , sewing, footwear and bag making industries. However, my true passion lies in healthy food consumption and holistic health, an area in which I am actively training and developing myself. My journey in the food industry began years ago while working in the banking sector back home, when I started a small venture in the name Beam of Delight Limited, inspired by my passion for creating healthy food products but I was constrained by time and resources. In 2024 I registered Beam of Delight Foods as a sole proprietorship in the Food and Beverage industry here in SK. The business was licensed and approved by Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) to operate as a food processing company in Regina, SK. I am passionate about healthy living, and the vision of Beam of Delight Foods is to deliver convenient, natural, and health-conscious alternatives. Our mission is to provide fresh, nutritious options tailored to customer needs—helping health conscious individuals and dietary restrictions people to enjoy healthy meals and support healthier lifestyles. We prefer natural preservatives in our products.
