Kim Deschamps is the Founder and CEO of Holistic Physiotherapy & Wellness, a woman-owned multidisciplinary clinic in Saskatoon. She is a licensed physiotherapist with advanced training in pelvic health, lifestyle medicine, yoga therapy, and dry needling. Kim leads with a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to care, supporting individuals across the lifespan with compassion and clinical expertise. Her work focuses on uncovering root causes of pain, hormonal imbalance, and functional limitations—empowering clients to take an active role in their healing. She is especially passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, including menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. Under Kim’s leadership, the clinic has grown into a values-driven community of health professionals known for its collaborative care and commitment to equity and inclusion. Through mentorship, innovation, and sustainable business practices, Kim is helping shape the future of private health care in Saskatchewan.
