Hi there! I'm the Director of Marketing and Employee Relations at DKI Saskatoon Disaster Services, where I lead a team of 60 amazing people across our departments. My passion is in creating an inclusive, supportive workplace while connecting with our community. I have a background in the Veterinary field (as an RVT) and this is where I've learned alot about empathy and making real connections. I'm also building "Leading by Design" my personal platform where I focus on helping women in leadership find their authentic voice and lead with empathy, curiosity and confidence.
