Tobie Hainstock is a leadership coach, speaker, and trainer and the founder of Hainstock Leadership & Personal Development. She was born and raised in the Northeast sector of Saskatchewan (Nipawin/Tisdale region) and has lived in Saskatchewan for all of her adult life. With over 25 years of experience in media and communications, Tobie understands the real-world pressures leaders and business owners face every day. As a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Tobie works with entrepreneurs, managers, and organizations to strengthen leadership skills, improve communication, and build healthy, engaged teams. She is known for her practical, relatable approach and her ability to help leaders grow with intention, confidence, and authenticity. A lifelong learner, entrepreneur, and single mother, Tobie is passionate about helping people lead well—at work, at home, and in their communities. Her motto comes from her mentor, John C. Maxwell who says, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”
